What's a Medicine Show anyway?

Yeah. We get asked this a lot.

Way back in the 19th century, folks traveled around in wagons selling “medicines” or “miracle cures.” Which mostly contained lots of alcohol. So if you didn’t get better, you at least felt pretty good.

To get attention, these sorta pharmacists put on a hell of a show. Jugglers, magicians, musicians, acrobats, dancers, trained dogs — you name it. When a crowd gathered round, a pitchman made his move.

You could say it’s the first time some genius combined advertising, branding and content marketing.

We liked that.

Welcome to the Medicine Show. This should be fun.

Working together.

A smart strategy at the beginning drives results at the end. The right message resonates through any channel. Great creative and content make it all work. Everything's connected.

We make sure all arrows point in the same direction. That might mean a complete ground-up approach, or tactical projects to support a strategy already in place. We can support your internal team, or manage it all for you, building the best team for the job from our extended network of talent.

This is how we get with your program. We speak with internal stakeholders about your business and customers to learn how to connect the two together.

We synthesize what we’ve learned. We identify key insights. And pinpoint the most effective strategies for reaching your audience and achieving your goals.

Write, design, develop. Review and repeat. Prioritize actions that will have the greatest impact today. Do fewer things, better.

As needed, we can work with trusted partners to help you implement and take your creative strategy live, including digital display, SEO and SEM, social media and content marketing.
